gig.bio provides music link-in-bio pages for artists, displaying public Spotify content including albums, tracks, and playlists.
3. Account Eligibility
- You must have a valid Spotify account to create an artist page.
- You must be the rightful owner or authorized representative of the artist profile you claim.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another artist or person
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
5. Spotify Content
All music content displayed on gig.bio is sourced from Spotify's public API. gig.bio does not host or stream music directly. Spotify's own terms apply to content accessed through their platform.
6. Intellectual Property
Artists retain all rights to their music and content. gig.bio claims no ownership over artist content displayed on the platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer
gig.bio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Spotify data.
9. Limitation of Liability
gig.bio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
